Mixed Berry Smoothie
1/4 c. frozen peaches (sun sweetened, no sugar added)
1/4 c. frozen blueberries (sun sweetened, no sugar added)
1/4 c. frozen strawberries (sun sweetened, no sugar added)
1/4 c. frozen blackberries (sun sweetened, no sugar added)
3/4 c. fresh squeezed orange juice (I buy oranges and juice them with my electric juicer)
3/4 c. plain danon yogurt
1-2 ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla if desired
Blend and enjoy!
You can also make healthy popsicles by pouring into small paper cups, inserting a popsicle stick, and freezing. Yum!
*The key to these smoothies is the frozen fruit which also acts as the ice
